After attending Solihull Art College and studying graphic design, my career took a different route in the medical profession and art was sadly neglected.
Now I'm enjoying painting at every opportunity....watch this space.

I work primarily with acrylics for their flexibility, tolerance and vibrancy. Many of my works are painted entirely with a palate knife. The magic of mixing colours to create a sense of place and atmosphere never fails to surprise.

Who wouldn't be inspired living in Cornwall with our dramatic seascapes, ancient landscapes and ever changing weather. Not forgetting the light. I enjoy immersing myself in the natural environment, aiming to capture the mood and express this with colour.
